Stage 1 is where the collapse begins: internal reflection replaced by Forced Media. The feed fills the In-Between. You are never alone with an unmeasured thought long enough for it to stay yours.
Why silence matters to AQ
In the Authenticity Quotient, S (Superposition / Silence) sits in the numerator. Shrink silence and the whole fraction falls — even before Observation, Mimicry, and the Ghost finish the work in the denominator.
A small Anti-Observation move
Do one thing today that cannot be captured, described, or monetized. No post. No story. No “content value” check beforehand. That is not nostalgia — it is a return toward Being.
